The TW9.5 measures the torque applied to the wheels of light vehicles: ATVs, utility vehicles, green-space maintenance equipment. One dedicated torque channel, a watertight housing, and compatibility with wheels of 10 inches (25.4 cm) and up.
Modular, so the wheel keeps its geometry
The assembly combines a hub adapter and a rim adapter, both made to replicate the critical dimensions of the existing wheel. The vehicle keeps its track and offset; installation needs no major modification.

- Four-arm strain gage bridge: non-linearity ≤ 0.1 %, hysteresis ≤ 0.05 % of full scale.

Where it goes
Dynamic tests on a bench, powertrain optimization, lightweight-vehicle development. It fits where torque has to be measured in real conditions: the performance of an electric or combustion drive, or the forces at the wheel on off-road terrain.
An optional sealed assembly, slip ring, encoder and amplifier, simplifies integration and acquisition.
