• Technical support

  An application engineer answers within 24 hours on working days. When equipment fails during a campaign, diagnosis is remote and a loan unit can be shipped, depending on the project.

• Rental

  Wheel force and torque transducers, load cells, steering and PTO transducers and clamp-on telemetry, rented as complete systems for the duration of your campaign.

• Calibration

  Accredited calibration of strain gage load cells and transducers, 1 to 6 axes: Michigan Scientific wheel force transducers, wheel torque transducers and load cells, and those of nearly any other manufacturer.

• Strain gage services

  Strain gages applied to components and structures in the Michigan Scientific workshop. Data acquisition, processing and reporting on request.

• Vehicle instrumentation

  Instrumentation of the vehicle and road load data acquisition, delivered as recorded loads and operating data.

• Road load data acquisition

  Forces, strains, accelerations, displacements, temperatures, pressures and GPS speed recorded on the vehicle in operation, on public roads, proving grounds and simulators.

• Engineering and manufacturing

  Transducers, slip rings and custom projects are designed, analysed and machined at Michigan Scientific.

• Repair

  Inspection, verification and repair of the Michigan Scientific transducers, slip rings, telemetry and electronics we supplied.

• Custom slip rings

  A slip ring assembly designed around your signals, your speed and the space you have.

• On-site demo

  A Michigan Scientific measurement system installed and used on your application, at your site, with our technical team.

• Custom transducers

  A production part strain gaged and calibrated as a force or torque transducer, mounted in place of the original part.
