Torque transducers

The torque of a rotating shaft, where the machine delivers it, while it works.

At the power take-off of a tractor, between the machine and the implement, or in the shaft line of a test bench, between two flanges. Each transducer reads the torque in place, with the shaft still doing its job.

TF accuracy class

The torque of a shaft, in place, while it works.

The PTO transducer sits between the power take-off of the tractor and the implement. It reads torque and speed, so you get the mechanical power actually delivered, with nothing to modify on the machine.

On a test bench, the TF series goes in the shaft line between two flanges: 100 N·m to 50 kN·m, accuracy class 0.1, with no contact between rotor and stator.

Advantages

  • Nothing to modifySplined ends on the PTO lock onto the tractor and the implement. An eye-hook stops the housing from rotating.
  • Torque and speedThe mechanical power actually delivered at the power take-off.
  • Contactless on the benchThe TF stator powers the rotor by induction, 1 to 2 mm away. IP67, 200 % overload protection.
